In 2007, LinkENERGIE Construction Inc. (LEC) was initially formed only to carry out construction related jobs in the industrial areas like in the pumping stations, water treatment plants and sewerage treatment plants but with the challenges of construction business in the commercial areas, Mr. Francisco Matias decided to turn it to a full-pledged construction company by acquiring an 835 sq m. lot at San Antonio Village in Pasig and constructing its 1st commercial and residential building named The Link Centre. This 7-storey building is the flagship commercial project of LEC and serves as a home for the entire LinkENERGIE Group.

In the future, LEC intends to acquire and build more properties so it can provide interested buyers and investors a sensible choice of smart and comfort living. LEC will continue to provide general contracting services in both the industrial and commercial fields and will give emphasis on quality workmanship and project management through its network of experienced professionals and skilled workers thereby satisfying more clients.
